This work is intended as a source book for those in the field, far from their help from their church headquarters. Many assumptions are made.  The first assumption is that you are attending the seminary or bible school or has already done so. Moreover you are in some area of ministry in which you will be face with the decision to offer or withhold counseling help. Again, this is aimed for the beginner who is looking to expand the ministry and include those who are ill, hurting and lost their place in society.  It is thought that this could be a guide to those of you in position of ministry that may be physically   far from immediate help from your church support.
